Her actions before always has a sense of morality and "right" involved with them

now her actions are purely entitlement

There is no moral contradiction if she believes she is truly the rightful ruler of the Seven Kingdoms. Yes, she has a big heart, but she also is entitled (see her before the gates of Qarth) and has shown to be irrational (the murdering of the nobles, creating social unrest in Mereen).

What she did is in total line with her character, a character which has flaws.
