no, f2p goes sometime in 2018. there is no pvp planned now so microtransactions shouldnt be a big deal.

reddit says if you buy on Ps4 and link accounts you can play it on pc as well.

I have it on PC but I'm not sure if I'm going to buy it with my current backlog. I have a $20 off coupon for any version so I may end up grabbing the standard for $20.
