Jim's definitely a local legend... b/c almost every New Orleanian knows his voice and as soon as his name his said they can hear him yelling "HAKIM DROPPED THE BALL" or "PIGS HAVE FLOWN, HELL HAS FROZEN OVER, THE SAINTS ARE ON THEIR WAY TO THE SUPER BOWL"
or even better...
"IT'S PICKED! IT'S PICKED! IT'S TRACY PORTER AGAIN! HE'S RUNNING FREE! HE'S GOING TO GO ALL THE WAY!"
