Brady has the accolades. Thus, he deserves immense credit and if you want to call him "the best", that's fine. But it isn't as if NE has struggled mightily when he's had to miss games. They were 11-5 when he missed the 2008 season and in 4 games without him in 2016, NE went 3-1 with two guys who had never started an NFL game.
To me though, Rodgers is the best. He's the guy I'm taking if I could only choose one to QB my team.
Ryan had a great year. If you want to rank him ahead of Brees based on last season, I understand the argument. However, Ryan certainly had the better team around him.
Carr and Wilson? Give me a break. Good young players, sure. But they still don't hold a candle to Brees right now, especially Wilson.
Rothlisberger can't stay healthy. He's only played a full season 3 times in 13 years. Availability has to count for something, right? Hell, even his best year doesn't compare to Brees's worst year as a Saint.
Brees gets knocked because the Saints are the worst team of that group (record-wise from last season). However, Brees is WAY down the list of being to blame for that.

I don't understand why Carr is being looked at so highly. He's been in the NFL for 3 seasons and has had one good year and another solid one.
I can kind of understand RW. Wilson has had a couple of seasons with over 100 QBR and last season he had arguably the worst OL in the NFL.

Yea yea yea we went 3-1 last year without Brady , but let's be real , the offense went from 0-100 real quick . Brady was unstoppable all year . I think Brees SHOULD be 3 no lower than 4 . Brady, Rodgers, Brees, Ryan, Carr, Russ, Ben(Health) I agree with everything else

Down from 16-0 the year before. To put that into Saints terms, it'd be like losing Brees and going 2-14.
