I've seen gals in bikinis on those 4wheelers/golf carts bringing "refreshments" to the stands. I assume there was absolutely no intent to break the law.
I wouldn't check licenses, but would say in the paperwork that participants are responsible for obtaining one prior to the hunt.

Well I guess I meant in 40 years green jeans has never come on my property except to have dinner at the house.
But if I get a ticket from riding a four wheeler in my own soybean or corn or cotton field I will argue that in court.
