Eh, I see the case, but it cuts both ways. Yeah, his record wasn't great, but maybe his SB teams weren't that great to begin with. He still managed to push two mediocre teams to the top (10-6 and 9-7).
His run with the Jags as an expansion franchise was pretty impressive as well.
