Only desperate teams would want a has been QB that is nothing but a distraction. Comes with a ton of negative press and is a pr nightmare. Why would a team want all that?

I seriously doubt the 32 owners got together and said we aren't hiring this guy. He's probably asking for too much money, and he is an extremely niche QB.
Teams, for continuity sake, usually want a shitty version of their starter as a backup. There are only so many teams that have starting QBs that will run. I'd love to see how much he wants, because it was weird to me that Seattle didn't grab him. He fits their system and would probably be cheered out there.
