And a big news sign like the one shown in the OP is not likely to be found in Sheremetyvo Airport in English.

I've traveled to over 50 countries and lived overseas for several years.

If it's in the int'l terminal then it's not totally unlikely. I recall there being a decent amount of English there.

Then you know English signage is pretty frequent anywhere you go. Your initial post, as written, comes off as naive.

Let me concede, in hindsight, I believe you must have had a more nuanced reason for questioning it. Let's all put our pants back on.
