I never understood this infatuation. This has to be nostalgia talking for people that were teens when Fast Times came out. In this case it is perfectly acceptable for the line, "You can see plenty of girls just as hot walking across the quad".

Of course it's nostalgia. She was a welcomed addition to my life as I grew up on a farm in very rural Alabama, and she was a definite upgrade from my cousin.
