Well this is just a nonsense theory. No way the Walkers turn a dragon against them. They could have an Ice Dragon, or Bran could warg into one, or maybe Euron could enslave them with his various Valyrian artifacts, but I don't see any reason to think the Walkers themselves could.

It is not nonsense at all to think the WW could raise a dead dragon and have it join his army just like the undead horses we have seen.
