Apparently you can't criticize Amazon because they keep the pukes hidden from the consumers' sights. But yet we are encouraged to criticize Walmarks. Guess the folks in Benton don't donate as much to the right political party.

I heard that negative and positive feedback is broadcasted throughout for the technical support staff to see of each other. When someone helps me on the chat feature I make an over the top positive review for them.
