I'm late, but I'll add:

”Lipstick on a Pig” - "I know it's a pig; you know it's a pig. Our customers know it's a pig. Don't bother with the lipstick."

“Is this one on your radar?” - "Uh, no, Captain Spock, but I'll switch command centers and see if I can pick it up.

“Value Add” - "Phew, what a relief -- I thought everything we did was to take away value!"

“All Hands on Deck” - Everybody dives into the latest disaster, even when they have nothing to contribute. Slows down the people who know what they're doing. Guarantees that everything else will be a mess when today's problem is finally fixed. Also an excuse for your boss to make you work nights and weekends."
