I didn't bring up their records vs top opponents you did I just answered it yet you continue to try and turn it on me as the one who brought that topic up. Also funny that you laugh at the only undefeated team because it doesn't fit your agenda. And no not everyone on earth agrees with you in fact the majority of posters in this thread don't. Just another false tactic to try and shed positive light on you opinion. You can huff and puff all you like but when one group has the same winning pct as the other there's no difference in the two no matter how you want to spin it. Any child old enough to understand stats knows better than that.

Saban had a better record vs the SEC, total not just the teams that enforce my argument, a better record vs top 10 teams a better record vs top 5 teams

The only explanation for anyone to argue that the SEC in the early 2000's is just as tough as the SEC of the past 10 years or so has got to be, #1 prop up Saban and his accomplishments at LSU and #2 crap all over Miles.

No one in the college football world would argue that 2000-2005 SEC West is anywhere close to the level of 2010-2015 SEC west, who won 4/6 NCs. That's just not realistic.

poster 3

Miles faced better competition without a doubt.

now please show me the posters agreeing with you
