With the one I'm taking now, it recommends letting it sit for 15 minutes after mixing, then drinking slowly over the course of 15-30 minutes (and finishing 30 minutes before workout).
I'm curious if this is recommended for all Preworkouts? I had never followed the 15 minute sit or slow drinking until now.

From what I've gathered with PWO's, the ones that are more concentrated (smaller scoops) you can just down it, but the ones that have actual dosage amounts (PreJym, PreKaged) you are supposed to sip....
I don't think it really matters though, except you may feel bloated as shite if you down the big scoops
