You are right. A man that gets a handy is a relaxed happy man. Who wants to commit a burglary or shoplift after having a nice robust orgasm? Seems like crime would go down. Men wanting to go home and rest instead of hanging out at bars getting drunk. Lower the rate of DUI. Men drink to relax and escape the troubles of the world. A discreet handy or BJ can be beneficial. Let the fuzz spend more time fighting real crimes instead of Speeding, DUI's, and cannibus consumption.

If the government wanted to save money on prison management and make prisons safer, they would provide two benefits for each prisoner who maintained good behavior: (1) a massage/handjob per day and (2) all the weed he can smoke.
The fighting and most other misbehavior would end immediately.
