If you can't buy insurance, you can't pay the fine...I believe the fine maxed out, and the price setting by the fed will choke out more if nothing is done...

The question is, what does the IRS do if they can't recoup the money, where's the accountability end...

The fed should flush the whole thing and pass a law saying "the states" will address it in whatever fashion they wish...

States will generate winners and losers and attract citizens based on that...much like the south robbed the North of millions in the 70s/80s/90s
