From the numbers in the election of de Blasio, it appears that nobody cared. Earlier in the article, it said it was close because the other guy's voters didn't bother to vote because they knew he'd lose, and deB's didn't vote because he was sure to win.
To me, it says flawed primary system. (No surprise)
