yeah last year when i was looking, long before i found my current gf (no kids, thank god) i had to make some compromises with myself in this arena. having the kids isn't even the biggest issue...all the OTHER things (baby daddy, visitation schedules, etc) that come about complicate the hell out of things

I'd imagine you have to compromise in most of non urban Louisiana.
