Read the code. Does not apply. None of the offenses listed were committed. I believe your argument would be regarding 135.60(5) but ehat more likely than not happened is cnn sent him communicating stating if he did not cease and desist and remove the video then he would be likely be sued. That does not fit any listed offense.
Nothing indicates cnn was going to expose him.
