Nole man what software do you use baw?
Hey. As noted, I started years ago and ended up liking Ulead's PhotoImpact X3. I just found Photoshop too expensive, and still do. That's the base software I use. It's easy and I'm just used to it. Not even made anymore. I ended up buying a variety of software that does specific things. Really like Portrait Pro and Smart Photo Editor (for certain things, and they're current! ) SnagIt for screen captures. I just bought InPixio's PhotoClip 7 and really like it's features.
Bottom line: You'd probably be better of just biting the bullet and learning Photoshop if you can afford it. Photoshop is still the most powerful program there is at what it does, but there's a steep learning curve and it's expensive. If not, maybe try Adobe Photoshop Elements 15. A reasonably priced, great image-editing tool. Or maybe Corel PaintShop Pro.
My experience was just dive end and keep trying. Ain't doin' this to make money. It's just for mindless entertainment.
Good luck!
