the one thing my dad passed on to me was to teach me how to shave iwth a straight razor
also it's so cheap. i have had to buy some witch hazel last month but that was $7 dollars and thats all i've spent on shaving all year and i shave everyday because i'm bald.

Several years ago my wife (now ex-wife) and our kids bought me a set of very nice straight razors for Father's Day. I loved them.
I thought I lost them when my ex & I separated. But, just a couple of weeks ago I found them packed in a box I had not opened in years!
They are still in excellent shape. I just need to buy a strop so I can strop them then use them again.
