It really depends on what you're happy working out with and what you need in a gym. For my money it's just fine. Me and my two kids work out for $30 /month. They do have a lot of cardio equipment but I prefer weights and do just fine with the weights they have there. If you're going just to look at women there are probably better higher priced options. There are some very attractive women that go to the Siegen Lane facility.
