Thanks everyone.
Went to the store and got the essentials plus a stool softener.
My plan is no more pain meds today, take the poop meds and wait for "that feeling".
Like someone mentioned.....laughing and coughing causes the most discomfort but holding your belly helps.
Oh.. and bend at the knees...

I got scar on my arm from after my appendectomy. I came back from thanksgiving break early to check up on the school a i missed. Was walking from the union parking to Middleton. Decided that I had to go. Sprinted to the union bathroom, tossed my shorts down, sprayed all over the toilet on my down, the seat was up so I slip, my arm flings across and slices against the toilet paper holder. blood and shite was everywhere.

When at home....have a pillow near you and use that as a splint every time you cough, sneeze, laugh, etc.
