Stop taking pain meds if you don't need them.

It takes a while for your bowels to wake up if they put you under general anesthesia. Couple that with 7.5 Percs and you def won't shite.

Go get some Colace - take 1Am & 1Pm
And some Miralax.

I had same procedure back in Oct. & had to take a colonoscopy prep to "reset" my bowels about a month after. Being jammed up like that was one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever been through.

Start taking a probiotic supplement daily and don't stop.

Colon health is extremely important.

I'm currently watching My mother suffer from complications due to diverticulitis and its nothing pretty. 5 operations and over 90 days in the hospital and still not in the clear.
