The court ruled Elliott didn't receive a "fundamentally fair hearing" from the NFL. The decision means he can play beyond Sunday night's game with the Giants. It's a huge win for the Cowboys after arbitrator Harold Henderson upheld Zeke's suspension. This is similiar to the Tom Brady situation. There's a chance Elliott's case is denied in November, but he's expected to be available for rest of the season.
