I'd like to give Zucker the credit he deserves.
For most of the Bush and Obama years MSNBC was the main network for the far left wing crazies. But ever since CNN hired Zucker CNN has supplanted MSNBC in that department and are now also competitive with them in the ratings.
They should keep him. If not somebody else will hire him.

I wouldn't hire Jeff Zucker to run a lemonade stand. Hiring Jeff Zucker you might as well say "Hey, would you like to come ruin our business to the point where it can never recover". He is this image personified.
