When I was living with my college gf in the early/mid 1980's her brother married a 13 year old in Tyler, TX with BOTH of her parents permission. He was 22 at the time.
Later when I lived in Tulsa, OK, I worked with a really cute gal who had 2 kids and was going through a divorce at age 23. Asking about her situation and stuff she volunteered they were married when she was 13 and he 18 or 19. They had a judge in AR marry them when she got pregnant.
Another in Tulsa I knew got herself messed up as a rebellious kid, went to a party, got gang banged at 12, pregnant, and the 18 year old who set the situation up married her, also by an AR judge.
It goes on a lot more than you realize.
