Basketball should adopt the baseball rules for college athletes...it would improve the college game tremendously.
Well should I say the NBA should adopt those rules.
ETA: I agree with you that something should be done I hate what college basketball is now. But the international leagues are a huge hinderance.

Well thats an option they have. Nothing is stopping them from doing that now, and most go to college.
