Sully has a done a great job of coaching those pitchers up and helping them improve their draft status. Basically just has to convince the kid he has a shot to possibly double if not triple his money by going to Florida

I think you're missing the key point in that Sully actually has a track record to point to when telling recruits that he can improve their draft status.
