Agreed. Hess, Walker, Peterson, and Gilbert are a solid start, plus what should be a solid class of pitchers coming in next year.

You are one of the more astute posters here. Florida's top rated arm, out of high school, is Brady Singer, #50. Second was Faedo, #78.
On campus in the last three years, LSU had Mac Marshall, #21, Cole McKay, #49, Zach Hess, #57 and Jake Godfrey, #64. We also had Todd Peterson #91, Alex Lange, #134, and Jake Latz, #182.
As far as recruiting, Mainieri holds a candle to no one. If these recruits had panned out, the Florida forum would be asking why doe LSU get so many top arms.
