"The game", as you so eloquently put it, is in effect no different from the hoodrats swapping liquid laundry detergent off their EBT for cash or drugs. It's not very different from hoodrats eating lobster and caviar driving down the road in dey escalade after gettin dey hair and nails did.

Both entities, hoodrats and hospital executives, are gaming others (govt. and ins. co.'s) for profit maximization. Tell ya what though, it's once again the ones wearing the suits doing the greater financial harm.
