I would guess if the conversation was about law, you would feel like you were much more intellectually superior when arguing with someone who hasnt studied law. (I dont know if you're a lawyer but you seem like one)

Its the same with baseball. Someone who played at a high level for 12 years is going to get frustrated arguing with someone who never played past age 12.
