In my second post I said it is currently cost prohibitive. However, even now, it is only cost prohibitive in areas that do not require significant irrigation.

An average cost of initial setup is 30k per acre. Costs decrease as land area increases. Costs initially double for multilevel facilities, but operational costs are only slightly higher per acre for doubling your output.

That'll always be cost prohibitive. Pulling a number outta my arse, you'd probably be doubling end product cost by the time it hit the store shelf.
