What the hell? Wow. Their family is worth tons of money and the guy breaks the law to skate out of $400 or license fees? I'm sure the draw would of been different too, but wow.

So he was poaching on his own land? Why wouldn't he have had land owners permits? If that excerpt is true, pretty funny he was caught by other hunters poaching on his own property.
