The IRS has an enforcement unit. They could arrest these people if they wanted to.
One thing I definitely call Trump out for is not having already fired John Koskinen .
Should have been done on day 1.

But hey, someone on here told me that voter ID is racist

This might be a dumb question, but it seems to make sense (as a question) to me.
If I am an American, wouldn't I want someone paying social security taxes into my social security account?
Doesn't that mean the illegal loses money and I will get a bigger social security check at age 67 because "I" will have paid in more?
Shouldn't more people be going up to Mexicans and saying, hey buddy, need a SS number? Use mine!
What am I missing here?

You mean an illegal alien has been paying my taxes for me?
Well if I understand this correctly not necessarily, they could be having taxes automatically taken out of their check but not all employers do this. At the end of the year you may be paying their taxes if they are using your SS#

Some jobs, especially low skilled labor, pay "cash" in the form of a check without taxes deducted. It's then up to the individual to report earnings.
An LLC can write cash checks and report it as contract labor up to a certain amount per individual.
I've been on both sides, I've been paid "cash" and paid "cash" before.

This really can't happen, because a social security can only be used to file one return. So the system wouldn't accept a second return and take taxes out by one return out of a refund of another, or anything like that.
As far as employees hiring illegals and not paying income taxes goes, if that were the case, why would those illegals need social numbers then? Of course their taxes are being paid, they simply can't file at the end of the year, because that is how they would get caught.
Unbelievable that there isn't a system in place that immediately detects if the same number is paying payroll taxes in through the year.........

I'll admit I'm not a tax expert, but Isn't the issue that the IRS is claiming additional income that the real person filing the return is denying?
For instance you report 80k that you are paying taxes on but the IRS says you made 100k

More did under Obama, that is for sure. I did see a lot of en espanol taxes places pop up.
In what may seem twisted and even tho they're here illegally, they want to do the right thing.

Why is nothing being done about this. Forget banning Muslims, get this shite straight. Should be a top priority. Immigration, SS and voter reform/organization.

Agree but there are globalists that don't want change and the Reps are NOT like the Dems......the Dems all march to the same tune regardless of the tune whereas some Reps still believe they should be conservative......and then you have McCain & Co.

They can file taxes under their real name while earning funds under their stolen identity too and since they don't claim to live in the US, they get 100% of their withholding back.
