One of my next door neighbors is an old curmudgeon. But he thinks I like him. The guy across the street I met when I first moved in he immediately started to bad mouth the people I purchased the house from within 15 minutes. I find out later he is the neighborhood bitch/gossip. I have nothing to do with him.
