He is the definition of a balanced TE and could even grow into a 6'5 or 6'6 TE kind of TE. I'll take it.
In HS yes, he was tall enough to be a really good TE, but he's a H-back all the way in college, and I seriously doubts he grows to 6'5 or 6'6. I have no qualms with the players that they are taking because they are pretty good and deserving. I'm just noticing that this class is almost full and wondering how are they gonna pull this off. Lol

They are offering and getting verbals on all you can that's out there talent wise despite the star rankings, and then what, make the hard decisions to cut the players that are lesser rated I guess when the time comes. Would seem cold, but I don't know what they're doing, you can't sign 30+ or can you? lol I guess it all get figured out.

He could play either position and idk if he's going to grow into that kind of TE but he could? HS film is all we have to go off of but our coaches have seen him outside of HS in a camp setting and I'm sure put him through thier own tests. His hands are strong there's no doubt about that which shouldn't change. He catches in traffic quite a bit and he will be in a college program so should get much stronger/bigger.

Basically our coaches know a hell of a lot more than we do so I trust those guys to dig into his background and find out if it's a possibility that he could grow by knowing his father, grandfather, uncles ect. size. I would be digging for that info so I'm sure they do it. In fact I'm almost sure Orgeron does do this. I do agree that we should slow down a bit to get the best at the very end now that we are pretty darn close to filled up now. Again idk their plan so you have to trust these coaches know what they are doing.
