You have an odd concept of rights. You think you have a "right" to be in a private business. You don't, you can get kicked out at any time for any reason

You think if a bar allows smoking then it violates your "right" to be in a business. But that business has not removed you from their place, you have willingly left

Ironically you want the bar to literally remove smokers outside to smoke, which would seem to violate in the same concept in which you feel you've had violated (which is also wrong because patronizing a bar isn't a right)
