Does a non-smoker have a right to demand that someone take the financial risk to open a bar and then tell that owner how he should run his business? If the owner wants to serve only customers that are okay with smoking, why should a non-smoker be able to use government to force the owner to not allow smoking? It's his damn business. He doesn't want or need the militant non-smoker's business.

I guess the bar owner should just be able to say frick drinking age laws too because he'll make more money being able to sell to more people.
