People saying no to Poche for a couple of innings.. How is this any different than Poche pitching the 1/4 game in a regional then coming back on Monday.. Guess what.. It's not.

You have to win and make it to the championship series before you can worry about who pitches in the series. And Poche will be fine to come back next week.

Ask Poche if he wants to pitch today. He'll say yes.

I would be fine with Peterson in Game 1 if it means Poche goes today and we win, but he's not ready until Game 2 of the championship series.

TCU won't have their rotation set either.

Because throwing 30 pitches first then throwing 80 is different than throwing 100 then 30. Your arm is worn out and needs to recover after throwing 100 pitches, it is not worn out after 30

He pitched on Wednesday, not Monday.
