Going through renovations on the house, flat screen was laying on the floor and got stepped on. Any advice on best practices for repair in the BR area? Will the TV just have to be replaced?

Usually easier and cheaper just to replace.

I used Sherwood TV repair once when a new one cost a couple K. Now I'm not sure if I'd bother unless it was less than a $100 repair
