Wake up.
There was never a memo. He penned it in response to the tweet. No one has seen the memo - not even WaPo, apparently the FBI can't find it, and no such other memos exist even in cases such as Loretta Lynch's attempted obstruction. It was created as a cya.

Ok. Let's say this is true. It still doesn't change anything I've stated.
The "memo", whether real or not, but an attempt by Comey to call Trumps bluff about the tapes. Hell, Comey stated as such.
That should have let everyone know that there were no tapes, which was my point, which has seemed to trigger a few of you.
