In hindsight Dragic and Lowry are better pieces than anything the Pels landed. I guess it's unfair to Demps to say he didn't see anything there ahead of time.

Dell is a great talent evaluater and finding guys in the rough, his issue is being to trigger happy with draft picks and not cutting lost causes.
