Log onto iCloud.com and use your iTunes login. I don't use iCloud either, but from that site you can access/edit mail, settings, calendar, and Find iPhone. Should be able to turn it off from there.

ETA: If that doesn't work you might try appleid.apple.com. You can also log in there and see connected devices. There may be a way to turn it off from there.

Any idea where to find that there? I did login there but don't see that anywhere...thanks!

Only seeing stuff like editing payment info, basic personal info like address, etc, devices, security.
