How many pitches did Poche end up throwing Saturday? I'm not from the Wayne Graham school of coaching but 3 days rest is not ideal. I hope that Poche can throw 7 innings and his arm holds up but in my opinion the bats better wake up fast.

He threw 30 pitches. He'll be fine.
