Knew this was Grapevine without having to click and will back up your statement. I live about 10 mins away and have never been disappointed. Best bang for your buck in north DFW IMO. Hard to believe the whole thing was underwater for the entire summer just 2 years ago too!

I'll throw out Bridlewood as well. Considering how lousy the course had gotten 5-6 years ago, they've come a long way in the last few years since the new management has taken over. Still have a little ways to go and greens and POP can be pretty hit or miss(especially on weekends). Really fun layout though.
