I want to choke him, bc he's a snitch I'm talkin bout George W. Smith from city council, he ran in '93, out in Oakland, you probably didn't hear about him 
My favorite is the part when he starts talking about the actual people in the club.
"the girl in the mini-skirt, has bad taste, cause that shirt don't match, there's a puddin stain on the back, what the frick is that, it might be DOO DOO!"
One thing about that skit screams out to me, chappelle got 2pac's delivery DOWN. It sounds JUST like him.
