You can eat really well doing this.

Bacon/sausage and eggs for breakfast.

Turkey, ham, and other meats like salami/pepperoni are great to keep on hand to snack on. Snack on cheeses and nuts as well.

Eat steak, chicken, fish as often as you want with veggies as a side.
