This is the biggest thing hiding me back from switching to morning workout.

I'm starting a new job and have a baby coming in August. Morning would be much more convenient, but I just feel like I won't have the energy at 5 am.

I was nervous at first, but now my body is just used to it. Also the preworkout helps out a lot, it usually kicks in right when I get to the gym.

this is why i started my 5am workouts. i started going about 6 months before the baby came so i could get used to it. its not hard after a while.

I eat Ezekiel bread with PB and a banana w/ pre workout or swap a whole grain waffle with PB

This is how i feel. Having a 12 month old has killed my evening workouts and now i've been really slacking. I want to start doing early morning but can't get motivated yet.
