Let me start by saying, I fricking hate the falcons, but why would you not have them in the playoffs. Their offense is just so damn good. And their defense is continuously improving in my unbiased, unfortunate opinion....

The offense is due for some regression, and the NFC South is a revolving door the past decade. The NFL has something like 5 new playoff teams a year and Super Bowl losers usually get off to a slow start and some never recover
It wouldn't be a big shock to me if they did miss the playoffs at 7-9 or 8-8
